(a) All our drivers are conversant with RTSA (Road Transport and Safety Agency) policies and procedures and follow the official Ask RTSA Facebook page which provides updates to rules and regulations.
(b) We have a checklist that drivers use before and after vehicle operations to reduce errors of omission, motivated by the book “The Checklist Manifesto” authored by Atul Gawande. This has gone a long way in finding faults and retrieving personal items left in the vehicles (e.g mobile phones, important confidential documents, medicines, etc.).
(c) Our vehicles are equipped with dash cams that capture events on the road including accidents, scenic drives and even acts of heroism. This footage is valuable for reporting to both management and authorities and also serves as evidence to exonerate both drivers and passengers falsely accused.
(d) Our vehicles are equipped with advanced GPS tracking technology. This system continuously monitors the location and speed of each vehicle in real-time, allowing us to:
(e) We have a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy and have breathalyzers which the drivers carry. Passengers can request a check on demand check if they suspect alcohol intake. We also carry out random breathalyzer tests for all drivers in the pool. In addition, we have a star rating system based on feedback we get from clients which translates into monetary rewards.

(2) Enhanced Security for Extended Trips: For solo female passengers undertaking long-distance transfers, we prioritize deploying a co-driver for additional accountability and passenger comfort.
(3) Client Feedback and Prompt Action: We actively encourage continuous feedback from our clients on both vehicle safety and driver professionalism. All reported incidents of improper conduct are thoroughly investigated and addressed promptly, with post-incident reports available upon request.
(4) Driver Commitment and Zero-Tolerance Policy: We hold all drivers to the highest ethical standards. Regular training and reinforcement of our zero-tolerance policy against harassment ensures a professional and respectful experience for all passengers.
