Terms & Conditions
- All payments to be paid up front
- Methods of payment should be stated when making a booking
- In an event of damage, loss or accidental the client is reliable to take responsibility
- Cancellation of the booking should be communicated in due time
- Once the vehicle is handed to the renter, the renter must take full responsibility, the client should
drive the vehicle not anybody else
- During the rental period the vehicle should not be used for business other than that of the renter’s internal operations
- The Vehicle shall not be overloaded by persons or engaged to carry equipment or items which are not for the vehicle’s designated purposes or which may cause damage (dent, scratches, breaking or other dangers to the vehicle).
- The renter is liable for all fines/penalties incurred during the rental period and hereby authorize
to disclose any information required by a relevant authority to process it
- Should our vehicle be used on activities or Crime we shall not be held responsible
- In an event that you have a breakdown do not take it upon yourself to repair or engage any one without our concern.
- A service invoice is to be provided within 24 hours after the rental period
- The renter should hand over the keys and any company property to the company and be cleared at the end of a contract.
- If any additional charges such as fuel, excess mileage etc should be paid upfront
- Client should return the vehicle at the agreed location date and time.
- Any Extensions to the hire must be communicated by the renter not less than 48 hours from the end of a hire of short term and not less than 14 days for a long term hire.
- The company will at all times remain the owners of the vehicle
- Additional driver should provide a valid license and Identity Card.
- Should our vehicle be used on activities, we shall not be held responsible
- In an event that you have a breakdown do not take it upon yourself to repair or engage any one without our concern.
- The vehicle shall be returned to NAI Auto Rent Limited LTD at the same level of fuel that the vehicle will be hired out as indicated on photo and gage record.
- All tear and wear shall be covered by the vehicle owner (company) and not the client hiring.
- All damages to the vehicle incurred due to negligence or subject of the motor vehicle yo tough conditions ore environments must be cover by the client.
- The Client will not l use the vehicle to push, jump start, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing without the written permission of the owner .
- Not to use the vehicle for any race or competition .
- That the vehicle can be used anywhere in Zambia and should the vehicle be taken into some other neighboring countries; the Renter must seek authorization from the Owner under all legal procedures.
- in case of an accident; the client is mandated to report to the nearest police station and shall pay 10% of the claim under normal accident but can be adjusted as may be deemed by the insurance company should the client be found wanting (Unlicensed, Expired License or Prohibited driver).
